- Relationship management
- Project and Resource management
- Service Order Management
It is due to all these features provided by Microsoft that this product is so popular. Today, it is the most popular Enterprise Resource Planning software in the market.
How does this product affect NAV users?
There’s not going to be any Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2019. That software was discontinued and the new microsoft dynamics 365 business central was introduced. But, nobody wants to discontinue the ERP system they are comfortable with. The old Microsoft dynamics nav is not just fading away, it is rather being evolved. The new software is a lot better and a lot more powerful than the traditional one. It has more features, faster programming, RTC (RoleTailored Client), support for 64-bit Windows systems, tablet client, Bank Integration, document reporting, web client, email integration, posting preview function, deferral accounting and much more.
The NAV customers can either keep sticking to the previous software and stay comfortable with that user-interface and slow processing or they can shift to the all-new Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and experience the new processing speed that they never experienced before along with a better user-interface. The customers of NAV also get a huge discount on the very new ERD software!
